Here at The Barn we understand how important it is to make sure that your wedding is truly unique and special. Our aim is to ensure that you and your guests can relax and enjoy a wonderful day, knowing that every little detail has been taken care of.

We can offer you a dedicated wedding co-ordinator, who will guide and advise you through every step, taking care of all the arrangements and keeping a keen eye on all the little details. Your day will run smoothly and seamlessly . You and your guests will be given all the attention and care you deserve. We pride ourselves on being flexible and our ability to interpret precisely what you want. The Barn at Berkeley does not offer wedding packages as we believe they lead to generic weddings. Your wedding should be as unique as you are. We will help you to achieve the day of your dreams by listening to what you want and using our years of experience to suggest menus, ideas and options.

Civil Ceremonies & Civil Partnerships

We have two rooms which are licensed for Civil Ceremonies. The Grand Hall, with its huge open fire, flagstone floor and stone walled dining room can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Loft, with its stunning chandeliers, railed gallery and exposed wooden beams can seat up to 150 guests. And for those who are looking for something a little different, we can now offer you the opportunity to marry in our garden pergola, which is also licensed – perfect for a truly summery event! Remember that you will need to agree a date and time with both ourselves and the Superintendent Registrar. You can do this by telephoning 01453 766049. Wedding Breakfasts & Banqueting

Whether it is an opulent 3 course dinner or bangers and mash, we understand how important it is to choose the Wedding Breakfast you want on your special day. Our acclaimed chef has put together a range of wonderful dishes to make your decision a little easier. But we are always open to ideas and suggestions and are happy to tailor a menu to suit you.

Whatever your ideas, we will be happy to work with you to create the perfect menu for the entire event. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and we hope you will find our approach refreshing.

Evening Receptions

Why not invite the rest of your friends along and hold your evening reception with us too! We can cater for 100 – 300 guests in the evening, offering a variety of menus from light bites, a finger buffet or a hot fork buffet. And don’t forget that The Barn at Berkeley is famous for its succulent hog roasts!

We can also help you with arranging your entertainment, whether you would like a disco, a band, a string quartet or a harpist!
